Terms and Conditions

Statement 1 – You understand that inhalation of Nitrous Oxide carries a risk of serious health consequences. The risks of such misuse include narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially death.

Statement 2 – You confirm you are the named purchaser and that you are at least 18 years of age.

Statement 3 – You confirm that you do not intend to misuse the Goods for their psychoactive effects, or supply the Goods to anyone who you believe (i) may be under 18 years of age, or (ii) may misuse the goods for their psychoactive effects

Statement 3A – I confirm that I will use Nitrous Oxide N2O (Cream Chargers & Tanks) for food preparation and catering. I consent to purchasing whipping cream or whipping milk.

Statement 4 – You will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the products are used only in accordance with the instructions and will be kept secure so that they cannot be misused by children or others.

Statement 5 – You will ensure that if reselling our products that any signage, labelling or information which relates to or accompanies the products explains it is for catering or erotic use and does not suggest any other use

Statement 6 – You confirm that you are aware of the HAZARDOUS nature of Nitrous Oxide and will not interfere with the packaging to obscure safety information & will take all necessary measures with regards to storage and transportation of the cartridges.
